2013 RES remote works with 2011, but dvd glitches the system?

I think the LC remote is pretty different, but that one thread said that the same codes in that universal remote worked for both LC and LX and over a few different years. There are 2 part numbers for 2010 LX for remotes, mine is the later part number.

Thanks. It looks different and has a different part number. I don’t suppose you know any LC200 owners you could test it on?

I found a 2013 LC remote from someone here but he said he tried it on his buddy’s 2011 LX570 (same year ans my LC) and it wouldn’t change sources but would turn it on.

Does anyone know the brand and model of the head units/dvd players/screens?

I found this picture on eBay for a 2008. Trying to locate codes and working with Logitech on identifying. They could not locate a Fujitsu BT015A.

Also, this is probably useless info, but Fujitsu Ten was called “Eclipse” in the US market. So that’s who’s codes I’d try if any were available.

I’ve emailed a few companies to see if we can figure this out. I should hear back in a few days.

Logitech was no help…I have a Harmony Hub and technically since we aren’t sure of the make/model of the head hair they couldn’t really dial in any code direction. The pic I posted earlier was Fujitsu…but not sure if it was branded a different way.

Changed the title of the thread. I was able to get a remote from a 2013 and it all seems to work in my 2011 LC. I can change sources, volume, etc. The remote in the manual (has tilt, etc) looks different than the remote I got (no tilt) although the part number specified online for a 2011 looks like the remote I got…but the part numbers for a 2011 and 2013 are different.

So now….when I insert a dvd the rear screen sometimes glitches, the reverse camera won’t engage, and my sources up front can’t be changed. If I eject the dvd then everything works as normal.

Anyone had that issue?
