Hey all, seeking some advice on this one. Had a rattle from the rear sub and took it apart, the sub was able to be removed and after looking it over the gold cone inside the speaker came unglued. I was going to attempt to Reglue it with speaker glue but was wondnering if anyone knows the watts etc of the speaker if I can just find another one the same size and pop it in? Not sure what the mark levinson specs are for that speaker. Any help appreciated!

Yea it’s a weird one for sure. I ordered some speaker glue so I guess I’ll try that first.
AFAIK the audio components in these trucks are very proprietary, difficult to source direct aftermarket replacements. Pretty sure everything is 2 ohms, which is weird.
I’ve successfully reglued both voice coils to cones and cone surrounds. One of my many hobbies is collecting and restoring vintage Electro Voice speakers. It should work fine. There’s more to speaker replacement than size, watts and ohms. You’ll be better off repairing that one unless you order a new one or find a used one on EBay.

Ok cool, good to know. Yea I’m going to try to reflux first. Otherwise I did find some 10” 2-ohm subs online. Not sure of watts but we’ll cross that bridge when we need to I guess.
