2012 4runner questions - Looking to buy (1 Viewer)

Looking to purchase a 2012 4runner trail edition with 43,000 miles. Anything in particular I should look for in terms of problems? Saw the truck and its in good shape, drives well too. It seems to be loaded with a sunroof, crawl control, power pass seat, navigation, etc. Is there a way to tell if it has KDSS or not? Price is $28,000. Any input or advice is appreciated.

IF you look underneath, you can see the KDSS boots/bags/adjusters. Below is the front (by the swaybar) but it's probably easier to see the equipment on the rear axle. THere will be a similar adjuster on the rear sway bar.

I don't see much risk with buying a newer 4Runner with 43k on the clock if the price is right for your needs. Just make sure all the electronics work as I'm assuming they haven't been exercised, and you live in a corrosion area of the country.

Verify it hasn't been in an accident and ask for maintenance records. If it's been properly maintained, your good to go. Someone broke it in for you!
