2010 LX570 power 3rd row seats are stuck in the up position. No light or sound comes on when I push the buttons for either side. Not sure if it is a fuse as an Orange light comes on temporarily when I reach behind the seat and try to pull the strap used for pulling up the backrests while pushing the button to lower the seats. I haven't lowered these seats in a number of years. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if there is a quick fix?
