I hope that catalog isn't complete. As those offerings only have a 5/150 +30mm. That would probably be low extreme for offset many guys wanted. I would think if you were "stocking" 17x8 for LC200/100s you'd probably want maybe a +50 (33s) / +42.5 (34s) / +35 (35s), drop the 42.5 if that's too complicated. As @grinchy said, the Tundra guys may start at the +35 and only go smaller.
