I think this was a fair price with a bit of profit for the seller maybe worth 16-18.5 with the adds and maintenance complete

As with any vehicles, new or used nowadays, they’re tacking on marginal profit for adds ones regardless of book values or what insurance companies consider hard value. It’s an open market for those selling to the lazy, “bought not built” option. Found a few dealerships in Colorado for example that like to do this. A GX that books $13-15k being sold for $21-25k. They receive the parts at wholesale while saving labor $ by in house installations. My point is, as long as people are willing to throw the money away, it will continue to happen. Can’t hate on it.
