Hi everyone,

I'm seriously considering purchasing my first LC. Its a 2007 with about 200,000 miles going for $19,000. It's a single owner with a long log of regular maintenance so that gives me some comfort that it's been taken care of properly.

The timing belt was replaced at about 173,000 miles.

What else should I look for condition-wise before pulling the trigger?

Is the price reasonable?

It's located in California.

I think I found the ad you were talking about. Looks pretty clean. Although, I'd be a little wary of anyone who knowingly puts rims like that on a cruiser (kidding, but also maybe not kidding). Get the VIN and get a report. All that service should be on the report if it was done at a Toyota dealer. It's a CA car, so most likely no rust. I'd peek under there regardless, especially if it's in a beach town.

The price seems a bit steep to me. KBB with Excellent condition, high-end, is 18k. That doesn't look like a show car. There should be some room for negotiation. I rarely see stuff co for KBB prices, usually lower.
