2005 Tacoma Error codes P0138 and P0606??????? (1 Viewer)

Hey fellas, any help on these error codes would be great. I know what the error codes are but which one to attack first? Is the P0138 causing the P0606 or P06060 causing the P0138. Should I replace the O2 Sensor due to the O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) or is the PCM causing the sensor issue. I had reset both the errors and the P0138 came back first and then the P0606 showed up. Thanks for any help.

do the o2 sensor, ive seen the issue before. stick with a denso or ngk o2 sensor
