I have 2003 with Nav and the stock radio will not power on.Based on my search Everything else works. I've checked fuses in the 3 locations. Could it be the factory amp?

It is likely the factory amp. you can confirm this by hitting the Audio button on the dash and turning the volume knob up and down. If you don't see the graduating volume marks move on the left side of the screen, it's likely your factory amp. I recently went through the same thing with my 03 LX and ordered a refurbished one off of eBay and fully anticipate it to work after replacement
