2003 LC inside (rearview) mirror mount

Does anyone have a picture of the mirror windshield mount WITHOUT the mirror attached.
My LC is in the shop so can't go out and look for myself. Want to change out the mirror and after looking realize that all the aftermarket selections use standard mount( Amazon product )
There are adapters for almost every other make/model but not us.
With all the 3d printers out there surely I can come up with something.

You should be able to remove the mount on the old glass if you heat the metal base with a lighter/flame. Then use the glue to mount it into your new glass.
