2003 Landcruiser Key Fob? Specific to this year. (1 Viewer)

OK, so I lost one of the keys. I still have one. This specific year has a transponder in the key. I need a new key with the transponder and of course the remote. Do I just need to bite the bullet at the dealer for $400 or is there an OEM option that I am not aware of for much less $$$? BTW I read the FAQ and can't find the exact answer to this issue.
