Just bought my first Tacoma. 2002 TRD Supercharged crew cab 188k miles. It has a burnt exhaust valve on #3. I have it torn down already. Planning on all new exhaust valves, timing belt/water pump, new gaskets and supercharger rebuild. As far as I know, a burnt valve is typically caused by a lean condition, which makes sense with a supercharged engine. Do they make bigger injectors for this engine to eliminate this problem? I would like to put it back together better than before but I guess it ran for 16 years like that so another 16 is acceptable.

You can always get bigger injectors for anything just depends on how big and how much money you want to spend, also how much the computer can handle.

If it wasn't done when the SC was installed bigger injectors or a 7th injector kit are available. If not done you'll have trouble with it running lean.
