For sale I have a 2000 Lexus LX470 with ~163K miles. Mostly highway miles since I took ownership in 2014. I travel a lot for work, so it saw weekly trips to Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Tyler, Texas from Austin when I was working from home. I am the second owner, it has been my daily driver for roughly 5 years, and she has never let me down. It has some minor bumps, scrapes, and door dings associated with city driving, but nothing major. I just drove it halfway across the country, and would do so again in a heartbeat.
The good:
- New 285/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers @ 160k
- Timing belt, water pump, coolant lines, and thermostat replaced @ 160k
- New brakes all around @160k
- Factory center diff lock
- Weathertech floor mats in the front, back, and cargo area
- PFRAN LED kit installed, comes with spare bulbs
- New windshield PROPERLY installed a few weeks ago
- AHC works great, system flushed
- Rust free!
- Clean title and carfax
The not so good:
- The front seat leather is cracked
- There is a popping noise in the front end, most likely the control arm ball joints need replacing.
- When sitting in drive with your foot on the brakes (as if sitting at a red light), there is a slight vibration that happens from time to time.
