2000 Lexus LX470 Radio and Reverse Camera TV is crusty, hazy, and barely legible. Help? (1 Viewer)

Got a 2000 Lexus LX470. The TV at the front (idk what's it called? That one you use to access the radio and Nav) is all crusted and barely legible. I think the polarizing film has crusted due to the car being basically abandoned in not-very-savory weather conditions for an extended time. Is there any way to fix this? It's almost impossible to use the reverse camera due to this. Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers!
