What condition are the internals in? Do they need to be rebuilt or plug and play? What year 40 are they out of, just curious?

They came with a project that I purchased. I believe they were in a 1974. Only used for a short time and guy needed money so he sold them to guy I bought project off of. Should be plug n play.
