We'll be 3+ junior who will be nibblin from mom and dad.

The Baja gas station is way out of the way for me so I'll plan to hook up with everyone at the Butcher Jones Rec area. How about 9:30 roll out from the gas station which should put the main group at Butcher Jones no later than 10 am? Not sure how long it will take to get back to the coves for a late lunch some BSing then a nice sunset-ish trip back out to Butcher Jones.

I love it when a plan comes together... at the last possable minute.


Is 4x4 req'd to get back to the coves? If not we might take the Taco all the way in.

No, there are a bunch of ways to get back there and some don't require 4 wheel drive, but I would prefer one of the routes that require wheelin!:D The taco has a rear locker right?

My applogies to the group - But I cannot make it out for this club event :crybaby:

- Just got back from the surgeons office in Flag - he said no go on any extra activites 'cept - ice packs - heavy narcotics - and this odd knee moving machine for 8 hours a day for 2 weeks - I guess I miss judged the seriousness of my injury:eek: ( always the optimist)

I was hoping to meet new members and share food and stories. Oh well timing is everything.

Howdy! I'm definitely in, plus one copilot. I have not gotten a menu commitment from her yet, but I'm working on it! I'm hoping for a big pan of baked beans smothered in mollasses, brown sugar, and smokey bacon. We will meet up at the Baja station. John

I plan on doing a cobbler for desert. I can also heat up anything we need to with my ovens. I don't have a volunteer with a fridge so we may not have ice cream but I will work on that.

Do we need tables and chairs or will we be using the park?

My daughter Mia wants a kid count, she just turned 10.

Also I will have the CSC membership stuff for those who need to re-up their membership. --HINT-- New member sign-ups will be available also.
