So I'm leaking coolant from the elbow that's press fit into the block going to the heater inside the cabin.. I have no idea how am gonna press fit a new joint in while the engine is still in.. Anyone with any thoughts or ideas?

I would try freeze-shrinking the new part and tapping it in. If its anything like the 'from' pipe on the other side, it might not be too bad. I was able to twist and push it in by hand.

I will try that for sure.. So far the metal epoxy is holding..
