Hey guys,
Some background infor on the truck:
1990 HDJ81, 263K KMs, custom aneroid pin from TorFab, GTurbo Grunter Extreme, 3" Exhaust amd PDI FMIC. Stock IP.

So, here is the issue:

The rubber cap on the #2 Overflow screw fell apart and there is a steady leak from the Screw.

If I hold my finger on the screw, amd put pressure on the center piece the leak stops.

When I take my hand off diesel comes gushing out and drops down to the steady leak.

I've scoured Amayama and partsouq and cannot find a replacement screw.
Also, read on another post, that there may be fuel coming up the diaphragm.
Any insight or suggestions are welcome.

Spoke to these guys, who are a local diesel shop. They know their Bosch/Denso/ Zexel pumps amd know all about Denso Diesel pumps.

They said the O-ring on the horizontal plunger is probably worn out. I opted for a full Pump rebuild and injector overhaul.
For any peeps interested or have questions, give them a call.
