I have purchased a lot of parts to convert my 80 to manual. I ended up with two of a lot of the components and now letting those go for sale.

Below is part of the items you would need to convert a 1FZ equipped 80 to the H150 or H151 5-speed manual.

1. 1FZ 80-series flywheel for 300-mm clutch:

Also included are 10 used flywheel to crank bolts. They are different than the automatic ones.

2. 1FZ to H150/151 Bellhousing:

3. Clutch release fork, slave cylinder, throw-out bearing, transmission/Tcase reinforcement floor plate, and transmission/Tcase shifter boots (the boots are RHD specific). - Pedals NOT included

Clutch Pedal is missing the two (2) spring tensioning assists (part number 90507-32004 which list at $7.12/each at McGeorge Toyota):

4. H150/151 Transmission Shifter (this is RHD specific but could be heat/bent to fit a LHD one)

NOTE: This shifter is rubber insulated and care must be taken to not destroy the rubber when heating to bend and fit a LHD vehicle.

5. Tcase Shifter for H150/151

Some of the automatic Tcase shifters could potentially work, but the later 80's need this part, too as the Tcase shifter on the late automatic models will not fit an H150 or H151 transmissions.
