1FZ-FE LX450. Engine Temperature goes up really SLOWLY.

Hi,

I have an LX450. 1997! 1FZ-FE.
I notice that the Engine tool about 15 minute to go hot. And IF I drive under the rain the Engine temps to DOWN to the lowest point.

What can the problems?

First thought would be a thermostat stuck open and not allowing the coolant to come up to temperature. When was the last time it was replaced?

Happened to me. Thermostat stuck open.
New t-stat solved that one.
ps. get the t-stat gasket too
