Has anyone had this before? (I did search multiple threads and consensus is it can be idler pulleys, water pump and chain tensioner from what I understand)

Thanks!

I have this IDENTICAL sound. Much more noticeable with the AC on and goes away in five minutes. Truck runs great, everything works properly.

Three different shops have looked into it, and either found nothing or could not replicate the sound.

Very curious on how everybody weighs in on this.

Could be belts, at least some of the noise. Take your garden hose and while
the engine is idling, direct the water (without a spray nozzle) at the belts
while standing in front of the radiator. If the noise changes for a second or two then comes back, it's the belts.

New OEM belts properly adjusted (not too tight) seem to make less noise than some aftermarket belts.

My OEM belts are shot. Can confirm this went away off and on with new belts. I had made in USA Toyota belts that went very quickly compared to the OEM Japanese ones taken off.

How long do belts last? I have replaced mine 5.5 years ago with Toyota OEM from CDan

How many miles does that equate to? I recently discovered I needed new belts so I ordered more. I thought I had a set but couldn't find them.

Of course, after I ordered, I found my (2) other new sets that I thought I had installed previously. It turns out, I had about 80K miles on my set of OEM belts installed in late 2014 and I changed them in July 2020. So, that would be about 6 years and 80K miles on mine.

My belts start to chirp, then I will tighten and they are good again for another 8 months.

Mine is a DD and gets about 15K-20K miles/year.

It's your idler pulley on the alternator belts. It is not even turning from what I can see in the video. It appears the belts are properly installed, but if the bearings are completely shot, it's not moving as the belts slide past.

You don't NEED that idler pulley (I ran 25K without one), but I like to have everything "correct" so I added mine back. I think they are $60 USD -ish.

Having the exact same sound at start up. Did you find a fix?

As you can see, @brockdeck replaced his belts and it fixed it.

It would appear that the OP, @overlandmachines replaced his belts, even though he didn't state specifically.

Yes, change your belts to OEM.
Make sure your idler pulleys are not making noise, and if so, replace them.

Rocket surgery......
