No movement, no noise when playing with the knob … doesn’t seem to have its own fuse

Potential clue: OP installed a remote starter and the 100amp fuse (#2) in the small fuse box under the hood is missing

Where should I start looking? Tx all

1. Check the “40A POWER” fuse shown in the EWD pic.
2. Get Techstream and see if you can talk to the tilt and telescopic ECU, check for error codes, see the switch activating.
