So to clarify my initial brake system failure was caused because my brake wire terminals and the contacts it attaches to was so rusted and corroded that there was a physical separation in the contact that goes into the electric motor. I did not open up the motor but i did hook it up to a bench tester and it wouldn't run.
Fastforward, i get rebuilt motor back and I hooked it up wrong and melted the brushes twice. Yes i did it two times before my mechanic friend ponted out i was wiring it backwards and "cooking the motor".
Yes i replaced with new screws and brake wire.

We (@2001LC) were discussing the wire orientation the other day. The replacement wire has white paint marks on one end of wire at the base of the boot. This paint marked end goes on the motor.

Does anyone know the specs (size/pitch etc.) for the screws & nuts that need to be replaced when this "Wire Brake Controller" (89639-30100) is installed?
If not, can anyone confirm if the following part numbers are correct?: Nut (94130-60500) and Screw (93319-15008) Need four of each?
I'd prefer to know nut/screw specs to buy stainless if possible. Appreciate any info.

Correct P/N #'s.
