I'm having problems with the posting. I will fix it later when I get home.
Sorry. PM me if you have any questions.
Thanks.

Well,
Here's my original posting. It's no longer on craigslist.

Are you looking to up size or upgrade to something bigger? Do you have a growing family and need more seating?
Well, I may have a solution for you....

I have my 1997 Toyota Landcruiser Collectors Edition that I'm looking to downsize to something smaller.
My Landcruiser has approx. 225K miles. I run mobile 1 full synthetic oil. I mainly use nothing but oem toyota factory parts for any fixes.
It has a clean title, titled under my name...and yours should be titled to your name as well. I have kept my Landcruiser up to par on
maintenance. If it needed anything major, I had it fixed. I trust this truck and have no hesitation of driving it to California and back. Landcruisers
are known for their versitility through any type of weather and most importantly....reliability.

Here's what Kelly Blue Book Rated my truck for value.
-Excellent
$7,743

-Very Good
$7,393

-Good
$7,193

-Fair
$6,293

My Landcruiser is in good condition, but I will consider reasonable offers.
I am seeing if there are any interests out there for an "even trade". I'd like to do an "even trade" for any of the following:

-Toyota Tundra xtra cab/double cab
-Toyota Tacoma xtra cab/double cab
-Toyota Pickup xtra cab
-Toyota T100 xtra cab

Your trade must be 4x4 with xtra cab and up, have good heat/AC. I prefer it have pw/pl, cc, tilt, tow pkg, and automatic transmission would be nice. But 5spd is ok too.
High miles ok. Your vehicle must run well, as mine does.

HAS NO FRONT OR REAR LOCKERS.

I have owned it since November of 2009. It had approx. 177,000 miles when I bought it.
I am the 3rd owner.
1st owner sold it at 35,018 miles. 2nd owner sold it at 177,000 miles.
I am interested in something that gets better gas mileage, hence the reason for my wanting to trade.
I own 2 SUV's and would rather only have 1.

Since I've owned it, I replaced @190k miles:
-DIEHARD GOLD Battery
-4 New Michelin LTX MS2's
-Toyota Starter
-Toyota AC Condensor and AC recharged.
-Front Birfields
-Front Wheel Bearings repacked
-Front axle rebuild kit (oem)
-Turned front rotors
-Replaced front brake pads (oem)
-Replaced all 4 shocks with Bilsteins.

-@211,000 miles I replaced the front and rear brake pads (oem)
-Replaced front Rotors (oem)
-Replaced all 4 shocks with new oem toyota shocks
-Replaced front wheel Bearings (oem)
-Tune up- replaced plugs/wires/distributor cap, and rotor/belts. Thermostat.(oem)
-Radiator flush. Replaced upper/mid/lower hoses.(oem)
-Replaced front drive shaft u-joints (oem)
-Replace valve cover gasket and oil tube seals (oem)
-Front/Rear axles, Transfer case, transmisssion drain and refill.
-EGR Valve and EGR Valve modulator (oem)

Has great heat and AC.
Over all, the vehicle is in good shape with minor dings and scratches. There are a few spots with surface rust.

The Bad: The check engine light will sometimes come on, usually during the winter months if I don't let the engine warm up a bit before driving.
If I let the truck warm up, then the light doesn't come on. Even though when it does come on, it doesn't affect the way the truck drives
at all. I usually just unplug the battery for 5 seconds and the light goes away.
I've had the code checked out and it is an "EGR" code. If I don't sell or trade the truck by springtime, I will be fixing the
"EGR" code. This is a quite common problem with this particular Landcruiser. As I already stated....it doesn't affect the way the
truck runs what so ever....not even the miles per gallon. "EGR" means "exhaust gas recirculating". Essentially it is for
emmission purposes.
I feel I have been upfront with as much information that I can. I have no intentions of wasting your time, so please be considerate
and don't waste mine.

Trade is for as-is. No warranties from both parties. You test drive my truck, you like. I test drive your truck, I like...we do a trade.

Essentially, I am looking to trade for something of similar to equal condition and value as my Landcruiser.

I live in the north metro and work in Eden Prairie. I am willing to meet within a reasonable distance.
Please email me if there are any interests. Please include pics of your truck and some info.
I will only respond to emails with a phone number.
Scammers please stay away, and will be reported.

I don't have pics right now but I have a 04 trd 4x4 tundra extended cab with 250k runs like a top, just drove from Detroit to Duluth in November, I am the original owner as well

Craigslist has been going crazy with removing Land Cruiser listings. I bet if you asked them, they would tell us LC's are one of the most scammed vehicles on the market online.

Great looking CE!
