I’m posting my 1997 land cruiser for sale. It has 304k miles on the body, the engine and transmission were swapped in from a land cruiser with lower miles.

It is equipped with front and rear locking differentials.

The 2.5” old man emu lift and 285/75/16 mastercraft courser mtx tires are almost brand new with 2k miles on them.

The knuckles were rebuilt by the previous owner last year.

Why was the engine swapped? How many miles on the lower mi engine.

I believe the engine was swapped in 2013 based on the receipts I found in the car, but the mileage is unknown. The previous owner was didn’t have a lot of information for me other than it had lower miles than what is on the body. Whatever it came out of though seemed to be taken care of. It leaks less than my 80 with 216,000 on it.

The previous owner really didn’t take care of the thing and I figured it could fix it up and pass it along to somebody who would actually go have fun in it, and not us it as a trash can.

Is it locked or not? Switch looks very new, why did you comment it’s non locked when the add says locked?

I think you’re looking at my profile info. My first 80 wasn’t locked, I’ve had 3 and never changed the info in my profile. The 97 that’s for sale is a factory locked 80

I’ll be dropping the price soon, I’m waiting on a new kickdown cable. Since I posted the ad I’ve found that the cdl/ rear locker aren’t actuating and it needs a clock spring.
