1997 FZJ80 Toyota Land Cruiser ARB/OME $9000 Mud price $8000 $7500
Current mileage 238,296
2nd owner - purchased from sister-n-law in March 2002 with 90,285 miles. Base lined everything and was my daily driver until I semi-retired it in early/mid 2015. It was then used as my weekend driver. At that time it had 235,xxx miles.
ARB bumper and OME lift were done Sept 2002 - 96,530 mi
Most recent maintenance:
Valve cover gasket, plugs, wires, seals, pcv/grommet, distributor cap/rotor/o-ring
Sept 2014 - 223,638 mi
Belts, blue fan clutch w/ 20k fluid June 2014 - 225,534 mi

Front/rear axle job w/ bearings/seals - birf job, turn front/rear rotors, flush brake lines
April 2017 - 238,120 mi
Headlight bulbs 9011's from Rockauto April 2017 - 238,120 mi
Compression test (205,200,200,200,190,185) April 2017 - 238,120 mi

Through the years performed birf job 2-3x, added center diff switch, transmission speedo gear, starter contacts/plunger, DBA drilled/slotted rotors, valve cover gasket, plugs, coolant flush, oil change on a regular basis or as needed.

Tires - Nitto Terra Grapplers 285/75/16 - 50%+ tread left
New Duracell battery
3rd row seats are available, condition is unknown as they are in my attic. Storage drawer included (if wanted)
Also did resistor mod for EGR temp sensor, no more CE light.
It also has ultragauge for a more precise temp reading. Black wire hanging by steering wheel is for IPF lights.
Also - Replaced sun visors from LS400 - no saggy visors!!!
AC blows cold.
Remote entry
Crankcase seal and oil pump gear gasket/torx screws
Good - all the above

Not so good
-paint finish on the roof, clear coat is peeling; hood - paint chips
-uses/burns oil, what LC doesn’t that hasn’t had the top end rebuilt?
-rear wiper does not work, not sure why, pulled the motor and it works, I can hear the relay clicking...
-leather on steering wheel/center console not good, has GT seat covers on the front seats
-dash has crack in front of steering wheel (just happened this winter)

While in my SIL’s possession she did have a minor accident that required re-painting on the passenger side front fender.
Vehicle has spent its life in S. Texas (Victoria)

Anyone? Comments, suggestions? Too high? Just purchased my daughter a 4runner, have too many vehicles on insurance. Pic of inside drawer setup. 54mm hub nut included. Have this and a 2011 4x4 suburban to sell.
Thanks, Nelson

Looks like a nice rig owned by someone who cares. My feedback is priced a bit high for MUD all things considered.

Thanks. I'm sure if it had lockers it would have more interest. Hate to lower it too much but would like to sell.

Few more pics of front axles, sun visors, front and rear undercarriage and drawer divider setup. Rear diff is not leaking, fill tube fell out while filling.

And to the buyer the last of my 90915-20004 oil filters.

Adding one more picture - showing 3rd row seats, original sticker/price, original manuals, receipt from cruiser outfitters for front/rear axle parts ($394), original floor mats and way to the right is the box for remote entry system. Supposedly has lifetime warranty, just send in black box control module and they replace it. Only had to replace once so far. Vehicle is ready to go, cleaned out all my stuff, changed the oil on Sunday.

I would really like to move this soon. Price is at $8000 but could go a little lower but not a whole lot.
Thanks, Nelson
