I have a 1997 LC with 215k miles on it. The front washers have never worked since I have had it for 4 years. I replaced the diverted and blew out all the lines. Rear works but front does not. I think it’s the switch in the stalk because when I removed the rear hose from the diverted then it sprayed fluid in the front when I turned the switch to the rear. Button on the end of the stalk doesn’t move and wanted to see if there was a fix without replacing the whole stalk.

Try just running it all to the front??
Pull the line going to the diverter valve. Is there fluid coming from there? If so, clean up the nozzles, they are likely plugged. Safety pin will clean them out. I popped mine out and safety pinned them then ran them through an ultrasonic and they are good as new.

When the front washer is used the diverter is not energized and the fluid should just pass through to the front. You may have the hoses hooked up incorrectly.
