Sorry just now getting back with the oil filter info. Below are pictures of the oil filter jiffy lube put on my truck, sound was there before they changed the oil this past Friday. Not sure what type of filter was pulled off.

Going to wait a couple days before I start it, it’s 5 degrees here and put 15w-40 in it. In a couple days it’ll be back in the teens to high 20’s.

Most likely you're good. No known failures with the Purolator Oil filter.

That said, you MAY want to consider changing the oil filter to a Toyota one (YZZD3) (just unscrew and replace, don't have to drain the oil) in order to rule out a drain-back valve issue causing oil starvation.
