1996 HDJ80 - ECU ,Immobilizer (89780-60050)

Hey everyone,

I have bought another HDJ80 a while ago and am now in the process of getting her ready for a trip.
Doing so I found an ECU Immobilizer (89780-60050, 627435-000, IMS-05A) above the gas pedal whichs plug is disconnected.

Does anyone know what this does and how it can be disconnected at all?
You don't even find that Toyota part number online which is super odd.

On the other hand the vehicle is fitted with an aftermarket alarm by Meta System.
However, I also don't know how that works and I didn't get any manuals -.-
I also cannot find anything about that online.

If anyone has a clue or a manual for the Meta System alarm, I'd be happy to hear from you

Still begs the question what this mysterious Toyota ECU is for and how it can be disconnected.
