Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum . I've got a 1996 FZJ80 situated in the UAE. Need some advise regarding my transmission problem .
When in D, the car accelerates well from 1 to 2 but 2 to 3 shifts very fast like in 2 seconds then stays in 3 for some time before moving to 4. Once in high gear, if I floor the pedal, it does not down shift to provide acceleration. Only sometimes everything works well but most of the time the downshift is not taking place when pedal is floored power acceleration . Would appreciate some advise. Tq
