Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if anyone has an extensive list or suggestions to a list for baselining an HDJ80? I'm mainly focusing on the mechanical side of things. Thank you in advance!

If it’s never been done replace all rubber fuel lines from tank(s) to the IP.

Otherwise standard stuff; fuel filter, injector rebuild, clean the intake of soot/carbon, adjust valves, set timing and so forth.

More obvious stuff; oil and filter change, coolant flush, knuckle rebuild, suspension bushings, ect.
