Cheers Jorge,

Any more details you can offer about the truck itself?

Pacer,

Owner said never been in accident, excellent conditions for the
Age of the vehicle, 4x4 functions well, engine is in good condition, good tires, very original. Will get an update soon on mileage.

Cheers

Thanks for the reply.
More importantly than mileage, is it a recent repaint?

Nice looking. I wish the folks down south would realize that enthusiasts in the US would prefer original paint vehicles. Not only does it give the buyer a much better idea of true condition, original paint/patina is quickly becoming the preferred look for vintage Toyotas.

Provided the truck isn't a rusty basket case (in which case, the new paint is there to deceive potential buyers), old/surface-rusted original paint will not make the truck worth less that the shiny repaint.

Yes need to catch them on the original owner. For the flipper the best return is just cleaning everything inside and out. Even on the JDM end where you see many black spray paint entire the underside of something otherwise completely original. All it adds is uncertainty.
