Seeing as how locked 93's are bringing good money, and yours is very reasonably priced, I'd imagine some folks are leary. I would suggest adding more detail, particularly around the rust you mentioned, ownership history, maintenance history and what it needs. Key areas of concern are the head gasket, heater hose, front axle and radiator.
