1991 with 3F-E fuel pump does not turn on when car is hot (1 Viewer)

My 1991 land cruiser with a 3F-E fuel pump does not run when it hot if i drive it for 30 minutes trun the car off it will not but if it sit for a couple of hours it starts right up.
