That’ll be a 2L-TE engine, not particularly rare and highly prone to cylinder head cracking. Not a sought after engine, but with some upgrades and modifications it can be a good power plant. The asking price seems high to me, but in the current market maybe not.
I've been watching the market on LJ78s for a few months and that is a fair price for a narrowbody that has original paint and mostly unmodified except for the removable roof rack. Would love to see photos of the engine bay and the interior to see if it's really fair.
