If you dont want to hunt for a new one you can easily delete it. Dont need a kit. Remove pump, cap air lines, and get a new shorter belt to replace belt that used to be on pump (look up desmog 3fe and belt number should be found somewhere). Or if you want onboard air you can put a york unit in its place.

The smog pump is rarely active on the 3FE. Only during certain deceleration conditions.
You can lose it with no side effects and it will still pass emissions testing.
You also get a more complete belt wrap around the PS pump pulley which is a good thing.
V Belt size for running without the smog pump: 22528 (Dayco)
I had a York in mine since '06. Don't leave home without it.
