A while back I purchased a land cruiser that was sitting outside for what I thought was 5 or so years however looks like its been more like 8 years. After some work (tune up, valve adjustment, ect...) it runs pretty good. The one issue is there a knock at initial start up that goes away when it's warmed up however shows back up when its under load. Ive only had it running for a few weeks so im not sure if it's something that will clear up over time. My initial thought was there might be some clogged oil passages from sitting so long that need to be cleared out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rod knock?
I can’t be certain but it sounds like it’s in the lower portion of the motor. More prominent when it first starts, then it goes away when it warms up until it’s under load then it comes back a little. Valves were checked, compression is good, all fluids were changed, ect...
