USA - Gas only, FJ80- 3FE engine, FZJ80- FZ motor (fuel injected 4.5L)
International non US - HDJ80- 1HZ diesel (non turbo)
HDT or HDFT or HDFTE- Diesel Turbo
International non US - HDJ80- 1HZ diesel (non turbo)
HDT or HDFT or HDFTE- Diesel Turbo

Non US HZJ-80 = HZ or 1HZ engine .. the same block 4.2 6 inline but natulaly aspirated.
If you seen a HDJ-81 it come from JDM with some special specs as lockers turbo diesel engine HD family.
