    Kind of an interesting double cab conversion, You are probably the expert in this area, do you know anything about who made these?

    This is an Australian truck and there were a couple companies modifying the stock 75 series trucks into crew cab trucks mainly for the mines. These trucks were hand made usually starting with a new 75 series single cab truck. Individuals could also have one built but the cost is/was quite high, so few fell into private hands until after the mines sold them off. However after the mines got done with them few resembled trucks. So finding one takes patients and luck.
