This is a wonderful motorhome equipped with a working roof mounted and cab ac, 78,000 miles and it's pretty much fully loaded. I'm not going to put it to good use and I'm looking to purchase a new home so I'm selling it. It has the 460 motor, awning, shifts good, sleeps at least 6, has a shower and bathroom, holding tanks, fridge and so on. There is no generator set so you would need to put one in if you need it. The tires are fine with some very slight cracking on the side walls, there are normal issues for the age, nothing you wouldn't expect and there has been some minor leaks in the past, nothing I know of now but I would still recaulk the unit as it's due. The carpet is fine though it seems to have been covered with runners, if I kept this unit my plan was to install wood flooring but it's fine as it is.
