1990-1991 4runner swing-out Tire Carrier

Hey all, I'm wondering if this would work? it's an OEM tire carrier for 1991 4runner.
$100 bucks seems like a cheap alternative, no?

With enough work, anything will fit. Reinforcing the rear quarter has proven problematic for some folks. Shaping the mounts may be required, but a grinder, welder, and enough time and anything can look factory. Let us know how it works, lots of us are looking for factory-ish tire carriers.
