Here is my FJ 62 that I have for sale. It was my daily driver and I have owned it for over 10 years and it has been a fantastic rig. Never broken down, never left me stranded. Because of a recent medical condition, I am now confined to a power wheelchair and unable to drive. As much as I have enjoyed having this LandCruiser, the reality is that I need to let it go to someone who will enjoy and take care of it as much as I have. It has regularly been maintenance with oil changes every 2500 to 3000 miles and serviced on an as needed basis. It runs fantastic and has all the original California emissions equipment. Aside from the rims and tires, it is in all original condition, rust free and has just under 236K miles.

Oh, the material on the drivers side door is some bizarre stuff. It comes off with a lot of scrubbing, but would probably come right off with some wet-sanding using 600-1200 grit sandpaper and polishing. It never really bothered me and I think the previous owners 3-year old son squirted it on there. Kids...

I had a couple of folks get hold of me for pictures of the drip rails, pillars and doors. Here are the drip rails. I'll post the door pics and pillars soon.

I believe I failed to mention that I have the original rims and they of course are included in the sale. In addition to the original spare under the truck, I also have an almost new full-size spare/extra tire (33"x12.5"x15") included.

The back tires don’t rub and the front tires barely rub on a single bolt head underneath the fender well. I think if I replace those hex head bolts with round button-heads, they wouldn’t rub it all. They only rub enough to polish them and only if you pull into a driveway to aggressively and at a particular angle. They will also slightly rub when at lock to lock, but again only enough to polish a couple suspension pieces. I’ve had this size tire on the cruiser for the past 10+ years and haven’t had any issues. When selecting rims and tires I was diligent about selecting rims with the proper offset. If I was to do it again, I would either use 31” tires or 33” tires with a 10.5” tread width.

Interesting that the license plates on this one and the white one listed on the same day are the same.....,.,

Visited with the seller last night for a good while. Super nice, straight forward as anyone I have ever dealt with when purchasing a rig and I have purchased my fair share.

Doesn't sound like he is driving either much right now for reasons he has posted. I'm sure if asked he would gladly let you know the history on the silver 60. I am aware but not my place to say.

I thought this would have been a bit more obvious. For the photos, I removed the "assigned" license plates and replaced them with generic placeholders I came across from another vehicle I purchased. Simply to fill the void.
And yes, I placed both my Landcruisers for sale on the same day.

BTW, my other Cruiser is not white, it's silver (Stardust Silver), I'm quite certain I mention this in the ad/posting.

Both seem really nice. If either were painted which would be the nicer vehicle?

Not fair

Not a fair comparison although it sounds as if the 60 is nicer original. Just depends on what your looking for
To be honest I primarily discussed the 62 series with him. Having owned 4 others I’ve never owned a 60 series but way he talked about his it was pretty nice.

This vehicle would look more original and attactive with the original wheels with 31x15x10.5 bfgs A/T , those tires and rims just don't give it justice/have a sort of ghetto look. Also for the price point I think you should ditch the front seat covers and get the original seat covers cleaned/repaired (if needed) for a couple hundred $$. Just my .02 cents.
