I almost bought this in 2016, I think I even had a PPI done at the local toyota dealer. There were, at that time a few things to be done. I don't recall it having much wrong with it other than one of the front leafs being longer than the other, and a bunch of other small things. You can see in the photo that the shackle on one side sticks out longer than the other. The previous seller offered to sell it to me for $14,000. You can see how the market for troopys has changed in the span of four years. I am assuming that this current owner has corrected some of the items that were identified in the PPI originally, and as we can see, the market for troopys has improved in the favor of sellers.

I think it's still a good deal at the current asking price.
