Like the title says, I have a fuel leak at my CSI. I disassembled the fuel pipe when I was tracking down what turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Now when the truck is running it leaks at the pipe. Did I put it back together wrong or do I just need to get new washers? Also what's up with the washer with the little square piece?

Looks hooked up right to me. Try giving the banjo bolt a tweek tighter. Otherwise, replace the washers. Or, at least make sure they were clean, and no junk on them, when you put it back together.

There is a torque setting for those fittings. should be in the FSM. Might change if you re-use the copper washers. I tend to use new washers when I break open the fuel system for any reason.

you can anneal the copper washers before re-using.

Yeah I just wasn't thinking about the washers. I found the right ones (at the dealer) replaced them, no leaks. D'oh! Pro tip: don't try to get copper washers at O'Reillys.
