Seems about 10K too much considering mileage, interior condition and clear rust issues.

Looks like it was lowered to 25k. Still a tad high but not by much, the 2H isn't great but it has A/C and Heat which is a big plus. Also dual tanks.
Especially if it's rust free.
High teens seems fair.
