Thanks!

Truck was appraised @/by Proffitt's Cruisers, and I have a bad case of TROOPIE FEVER so I now wish to sell. Interior photos soon, very clean, no rips tears, nada. Back seat is out, but I have it & it's also like new.

Nice truck. Why are you selling just after a year of ownership?

Interior photo's and who appraised it?

price change

I just noticed I was wrong on appraised value; It's $29,000 not $29,900.
Serious offers will be considered, also may trade for right combination; example BMW off/on road motorcycle plus cash, or Diesel pickup plus cash, diesel cruiser plus cash... Never know unless you ask!
Also there are many photos of build up and last trip just finished on my website. Link in signature line-http://web.mac.com/mikepierson/iWeb/Mike%20Pierson/Welcome.html

Trade

What type of Troopie are you looking for? I have one I would trade plus some cash. Let me know if you are interested.

lowered price

I am gonna drop price to $20,000 and would consider trades. This is last price drop. Truck appraised well over this, and runs great, is loaded with extras. Now has shower kit.

I have a 73 / 74 FJ40, locked, stroked, beefed, etc.
Details:
blasted, painted and interior rhino-lined 1973 Toyota FJ40 with the following mods:
=> Blueprinted 383 Stroker; Solid Roller CAM; SCAT crank; dished pistons; hardened rods, rollers, & rockers; polished, ported, bowls, seats work - custom "Larry Meaux Racing Heads"; match ported and polished Victor JR. Intake; 200HP N2O solenoids mounted on intake plate under Pro-Systems 1000CFM carb. Complete long block was professionally built by C&S Performance in Baton Rouge, LA. 14.5K invested in motor and custom headers. 10-pull Dyno tested @ 797HP (have printed reports, pictures & binder for proof).
=> Alum radiator, custom shroud, pro series high CFM elect. fan
=> Custom ceramic dipped headers, custom 3" exhaust w/ Master Flow series 40's.
=> Custom built TH350 1000HP tranny, 3200 Stall converter, with B&M Quick Silver ratchet shifter and B&M Launch control on custom aluminum console in cab with switches for 12VDC disconnect, manual fan control, launch control.
=> Custom billet Alum gauge dash insert w/ all Auto-Meter($$$) gauges.
=> Custom chopped 9" Ford, 32 spline, disk brakes, 542 gears on posi-spool piece in rear; factory Toyota in front with Man-A-Fre disk conversion. Ford Mustang power drum, Master Cylinder and proportioning valve for 4-wheel disk brakes.
=> NP205 gear driven transfercase
=> Custom 2.5 Ton "High-Angle Driveline" (California) rear shaft, with double carden and flanged on both ends.
=> Custom 4-Link rear suspension with coil-overs.
=> Front shackle reversal & removed overload leaf for smooth ride
=> Power steering
=> Custom side steps.
=> 35" Pro-Comps on 15" A/R wheels.
=> custom roll cage.
=> Hard top, sides & rear ambulance doors in storage (may need slight mods to fit 73 model).

And I'm sure I'm forgetting some here and there, but these are the major component build details.
$32K to date. I need to get rid of it, because I need room in my shop. It's no "daily driver" by any stretch of the imagination. Although, it could be with taimed down rear gears (~4.56) and a lighter stall (or no stall) converter. It merely sits in my shop with seldom 1/8 mile runs. It needs to get into the hands of someone near a beach to ride, play and show-off, or someone with needs for frequent adrenaline rushes. If I had to guess I have less than 100 miles on the new build-up. I have nowhere to enjoy cruising this rig. So I'm looking to trade off for something that I can put to practicle or everyday use...
