1985 TLCA SFV Lake Isabella Run Pics "old school" :)

Hi all, My name is Richard Trujillo and about 22 years ago (when I was 15) a letter I sent "looking for ride" to 4Wheel and Off Road Magazine was printed. The wonderful members of the San Fernando Valley TLCA offered me a ride on a run. Bill Ferguson was actually a friend of my mothers friend and thus I was allowed to go on the run.
I believe this took place in July of 1985 and it was near Lake Isabella. The other day my ex-wife came across a picture frame collage of pictures that I had taken on the run. Thought I would post them here in hopes that maybe some of the members are still active in the club.
BTW if anybody remembers me, to make you feel old, I'm now 37, Father of 3 and have been wheeling my 95.5 Tacoma 4x4 from time to time.

Reminds me of the days when a set of shackes, some 32'' inch Armstrong Tru-Tracks, a winch and some cut out fenders flares was a "hard core" truck. Life was much more simple back then...

I like the trucks with headlight rings vs. bezels. Cool look.
