Do a MUDSeach for a JIMC Desmog ... He is the leading authority on demogging in the landcruiser world.

It will not pass AZ smog as is that I know of. I have it registered as a classic, which requires classic insurance. Basically, the insurance limits the usage, but no one actually checks.

It did not have a cat when I got it, so no.

If you know someone who lives in a county where no smog is required, you can register it at that location and avoid smog all together. I have a lot of the smog parts, but you would have to put them all back together.
