We had 1985 FJ40's in Venezuela and even a small number of 1986's, but in North America, 1984 was the last year. Specifically, 1983 was the last year fpr the FJ40 in the US, and 1984 was the last year for the BJ42 in Canada. I'd seen two 1984 BJ42's up close before, Mike Taylor's well-documented one (which came with the factory chrome package), and another green one that showed up at the Catamount Cruiser Challenge a long time ago. On Friday, I saw another one at JK Customs. There's very little left that's OEM, but I thought you'd like to see the VIN tag, it's not often one sees these rare birds. Cheers!
