Leave it - it only helps hot starts.

Unplug it and drive it and see difference in hot starts (if any). I notice a major difference but that’s dependent on your average ambient temperature. If you live in an area that gets warm, it’s a great addition.

The usual mantra here…..Toyota doesn’t engineer and install parts on a whim, it’s there for a reason. USA trucks are loaded because they need to adhere to emissions and the fan helped with hot starts starting in ‘76.

Fully desmogged and well tuned? Yea you wouldn’t need it per say but when it’s very hot out - it makes a drastic difference.
